Overview
At the surroundings of Cape San Isidro, 75 kilometers south of Punta Arenas. We will go further than the point where the road ends, enjoying of a pristine area with unique landscapes and natural environment. There are very high possibilities to see marine wild life, like Peale's dolphins, sea lions and marine birds like albatross or cormorants among many others.
Our itinerary
Day 1
07:00 - Pick up from Punta Arenas
Arrive to San pedro River". Short stop for breakfast. Then, start paddling to San Isidro lighthouse.
Arrive to San Isidro Light House. Short walk and we visit the restored Light House museum.
Lunch in Aguila Bay a sheltered spot and one free hour to explore.
We continue following the shore heading south west until Bouchage Bay.
16:00 - Camp and Dinner, sharing a good wine and an incredible sunset.
Day 2
09:00 - Breakfast and prepare all the gear.
Start paddling south for 1-hour enjoying the marine wildlife.
Return paddling north to El Indio Bay. Lunch at this amazing place.
After lunch we continue paddling until we reach where we started the first day.
We will put dry clothes and we will celebrate our expedition with some beer.
16:00 - Then we return to Punta Arenas.
